The answer to this question is a complicated one. There are plenty of 3rd party websites that will promise you an accurate home valuation but in reality, there are far too many factors that need to be taken into account that a website simply can’t do.

Most of the websites you find are based outside your local market and are pulling information that is likely outdated.

Royal LePage offers a fantastic new feature, QuickQuote, where you can get a rough idea of your home’s value, using local updated information. But again, without someone physically seeing inside your home I would treat these numbers as a “ballpark”.

If you are looking to get an accurate home valuation it’s important to get someone who’s specialized in your local market and the conditions it currently is dealing with.

If you are curious about what your home is worth, don’t hesitate to reach out. We would be more than happy to help!
