Meet Jeff
Seeing the positive impact his mom, Cathy, made as a Realtor in the Guelph community inspired Jeff to pursue a career where he could combine his passion for helping people with his strengths in sales. With experience in highly competitive sales environments, Jeff earned Future Shop’s President’s Club recognition for ranking in the top 1% of sales nationwide.
That same dedication, work ethic, and commitment to his clients have continued to drive his success in real estate with Royal LePage. Throughout his career, Jeff has earned recognition, including Top 35 Under 35, Top 2% of Realtors in Canada, the Red Diamond Award, and is a part of the Circle of Excellence.
Today, Jeff brings that same drive and work ethic, and client-focused mindset into every real estate experience. He is known for his strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients with confidence through every step of the buying and selling process. Outside of real estate, Jeff is all about spending quality time with his family and friends. He and his wife are raising two kids and have the cutest dog that keeps him busy. Jeff has a passion for golf and travel, and when those two can be combined its his perfect scenario. He also loves spending summers at Lake Huron, making memories with his family at the beach. In his personal and professional life, Jeff has a sense of care and connection.
Meet Cathy
With nearly 30 years of experience as a Realtor with Royal LePage, Cathy has built a reputation as one of Guelph’s most respected and dedicated real estate professionals. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous awards and recognitions, reflecting her commitment to exceptional service and deep knowledge of the local market. When her son Jeff joined her in the industry, they formed a dynamic mother-son team known for their strong work ethic, genuine care for clients, and shared passion for real estate. Cathy’s upbeat personality, outgoing nature, and passion for helping people have made her a standout presence in the Guelph real estate community.
Outside of real estate, Cathy enjoys spending time in her extensive flower and vegetable gardens, where she’s always tending to something new. She can often be found walking her dog, Clive, around the city or planning her next travel adventure with her husband. Above all else, Cathy treasures time with her family, especially her three grandchildren, who happily keep up with her endless energy and adventurous spirit.
Meet Kevin
I fell in love with Guelph’s small-town charm when I moved here in 2017 from my family home in Mississauga, and I’ve proudly made it my home ever since. After earning my BA from Brock University, I knew I wanted to build a career rooted in community, connection, and service—which naturally led me to real estate.
Real estate is truly my passion—I love every part of helping people buy and sell homes, no matter the situation. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, selling your family home, or investing in property, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I stay on top of the local market and always prioritize clear, honest communication so you feel confident and supported throughout the process.
